A rock chip can stay stable for a while or turn into a crack after a temperature change, road vibration or another impact. Repairing eligible damage early can reinforce the affected area and reduce the chance of the chip spreading.
We inspect the size, location and condition of the damage before deciding whether repair makes sense. If the windshield is already beyond a reliable repair, we will tell you and explain the replacement option.

What Repair Does
Stabilize the Damage, Improve the Appearance
Professional chip repair introduces specialized resin into the damaged area and cures it to reinforce the break. The primary goal is to stabilize the damage. The chip may become much less noticeable, but a faint mark can remain after repair.

Does chip repair require ADAS recalibration?
Standard chip repair does not remove the windshield or camera, so windshield-camera recalibration is generally not part of the repair process.
